Our second Circus Explored Youth Exchange in 2026 brought young circus delegates to Cork during Pitch’d Circus & Street Arts Festival, which took place from the 14th to the 16th of August, organised and hosted by Circus Factory.
Young people from Belfast Circus and In Your Space Circus travelled to Cork to spend a few days together, learning from and supporting each other and sharing their love of circus. Over the course of three days, they took part in a diverse programme of physical training, skill sharing and creative exploration.
From Chinese pole, juggling, rope dart and hula hoop to aerial rope and trying tightwire, young people explored skills they wouldn’t normally get to try as well as meeting new people and exchanging new ideas.
